Well, the discussion I followed about a year ago didn't get anywhere. I'd just like to know if voxels are possible on ScummVM, but alright, I'll search around.

Sorry to be annoying, but would Blade Runner be possible on ScummVM? I know the characters are in 3D, but they are voxelated (is that even a real word?).

By that logic, any game which does 3D (whether polygons or voxels) in software would be a 2D game (even residual?). Yeah :D . I'm not saying it's 2D like "SCUMMVM handles that", I'm saying it's 2D just to the videocard :P. Hell, the background was rendered in 3D, so if you want that could...

Yeah, I know the characters are "voxelated", but that isn't the poligonal 3D of today. To the videocards it's a 2D image.

If I remember correctly, BS3 has that Starforce protection that destroys disc drives. I won't get near that game, so I think the series died for me :(.

The Black Cauldron for free?

Al Lowe has a bunch of old Sierra and Disney games in his site, including The Black Cauldron. Say, will you treat the game as free, or will wait until Sierra (or VU or whatever) actually says something about that?

Freeze in Sam & Max Eng CD

After I entered the bigfoot party and took off my disguise, I left the party area and tried talking to the bigfoot doing the security at the door, but finished the conversation before saying anything, and the game freezed.

Does this happen in the original game, or is a ScummVM problem?

That makes sense...by the same notion, someone with the European 'non-microwavable hamster' version should be able to play a rom of the American 'microwavable hamster' version. If you'll continue, that will lead you to conclusion, that if you have PC version of Zak, you're allowed to warez ultra-ra...

Thank you ^^.

Question: So, SCUMMVM will only add the game if all these files are in the directory?

I wouldn't like to be playing a game and get an error message because of missing files :p.
Again, sorry for the stupid question. Feel free to ignore it.

Stupid newbiw question about newer games

Do I have to install the games and then add them in Scummvm, or I should do it without installing?
