From what I can understand, your problem seems to be you are using the wrong executable files. SCUMMVM B only supports FOTAQ and BASS. Drascula isn't supported at all and DOTT Requires the SCUMMVM A executable. BASS Should work however. Create a folder SKY and put into it the files sky.cpt, sky.dnr ...

I've been wondering though, what do you guys use to copy files onto the Micro SD card? The SD Transflash adapter which you receive with the card, or do you use one of those USB keys which you receive with the Flash Cart? I'm using 0.11.1 on R4 SDHC 1.25 and the solution to the savegame problem is to use default save names. There is two things you should try;
1) Try to put the ScummVM executable (.nds) into the root of your card.
