Are there people familiar with translation of Westwood Studios games? Or extracting and re-inserting assets including those containing the in-game texts? I actually found out HQ2x scaler does some work in deblocking this to extend which is acceptable, just stopped by to make this obvious for anyone interested.

I really didn't check if ScummVM understands that mish-mash but I assume you're right and I mistaken. But I like to have everything in order so I made it look tidy. Me too don't have Full Throttle directories DATA and VIDEO under RESOURCE dir. There's no RESOURCE directory. Maybe version difference....
