Bug or not
Hello, this was not a known issue, so we'll need some more info to check if this is a bug or not.
Please clarify a few things:
Did you follow the instructions about the required data files from the wiki page here?
I'm going to go with what I can understand from your posts.
If no games can be added to your ScummVM app, then you didn't set up ScummVM to access a folder, under which your game folders reside, using SAF, as detailed in the instructions in the documentations.
For this I see two options:
1. Try again setting up the file access, following the instructions. Android 13 needs this process (SAF) to access any data that reside outside the application's own directories and ScummVM won't be able to read (or write) to such folders without it. If you have problems with a specific step of the process we can help out.
2. Put your game data folders in ScummVM app's own directories. We provide shortcuts for these directories on the top level of the ScummVM file explorer. I recommend using the "ScummVM data (External)" one. The typical way to put files in that folder is using the ScummVM LAN feature and sending the files over to the ScummVM app from a PC in the same network. You will not need the SAF process if you do this. If you follow this process, which is more complicated, you will also get better performance on games that have many files, at the cost of the game data being deleted if you ever uninstall ScummVM.
