They are the Indy 3 EGA mac and Loom EGA mac versions. Both worked fine with the last snapshot, but not now.eriktorbjorn wrote:I know Kirben changed something about the EGA (16-colour) versions of Indy 3 and MI 1 because there "are no known releases of indy3ega/monkeyega that require this bypass", but that shouldn't affect Loom. Which version of Loom is that anyway? I have the PC versions (both the 16-colour and 256-colour versions) and neither ask me for any copy protection information.
I don't have the EGA versions of Indy 3 or MI 1 myself, so I don't know anything about them.
The Indy 3 asks when I talk to Marcus at the beginning and is about translation.
The Loom one asks after I choose difficulty. That is about matching guilds and threads (or something).
However, both bring me to "demo" mode after I cannot complete them.
The copy protection bypasses were changed recently, to only cover known releases which require it. As it better covers us legal wise too.
The Macintosh versions of Indy3 and Loom always included the copy protection codes, according to details at LucasArts Museum
I can only suggest you contact the seller of the games on eBay, to obtain the copy protection codes for the games.
