Or you could always downgrade your PsP.

Currently, the only way of running unsigned code on 2.60 is via (unpatched) GTA + eLoader, so yes, you do need GTA, even with that "easy downgrader".

Maybe you can find a friend or 2nd hand store that has the old version, or can rent it from your local video store.

the only downgrader that dont need gta to run is the 1.50-1.00 downgrader and the 2.00-1.50 downgrader thats how i downgraded my 2.00 with out gta so if you have 2.50 and above then you do need the unpatced of GTA to run it there so until you get a unpatched version theres nothing you can do and a second thing make sure your psp is not a TA-082 motherboard if it is then it would end up in a brick look on this page to see if you have a TA-082 motherboard:

Thanks guys :D

Another question~Once I downgrade with gta, will I need to use it again to play emulators or to emulate devhook (2.7) so I can use new games? Or can I use all of that through a version 1.5?

All of that is possible through 1.5 you wont need GTA after that.
But downgrade with caution it can brick your psp.

Actually theres only a few ways you could brick your psp by downgrading

A:you have no clue what to do
B:put files in the wrong place
C:use the fake downgrader(which i think has been put off the internet but im not 100% sure)
D:the psp loses power or you switch off the downgrader when it is downgrading the psp
E:Your psp is a TA-082 motherboard

Just take those 4 pre cautions ok
