Well Mr. James Hall of Easily - I am in contact with PayPal to try and find your address details.

Both the representative of Broken Sword and The Lucasarts lawyers in the USA would dearly love to locate you

This product is not licensed and is in our view HIGHLY illegal.

It has no links to the Scumm VM people I have dealt with.

And once we track you we can discuss this situation in more detail!

I wish you luck in finding him.
I also shudder to think of times that we at the forums may have to turn people away who are asking for help getting the games on that shmucks dvd to work. He should have to repay anyone who purchaced the dvd as well as handing over any money hes made off of it to the games respective companies

Please note: For certain reasons http://www.scummgames.co.uk is now forwarded to http://www.scummvm.org. :?:
The first post asked "Is that legal?". The new answer is: "Yes, ScummVM is perfectly legal".

He responded to Revolution's "email" by immediately redirecting the dns to scummvm.org

I also requested that his Host shut him down, which may well still happen resulting in the loss of that dns redirection... we'll see.

Let's hope that someone shuts down the activities of that guy.

BTW posting his site-links here could animate certain (dumb) people to actually order this DVD so i suggest to close this thread in order not to give people like these a wider platform for their (illegal) activities. But it's just a suggestion.
