Need help installing scummvm onto my 2.6 PSP

Post by Mr.Denny »

Hi guys,I wonder if any of you gents could help me. I`m in quite a pickle.

I have a 2.6 PSP with GTA and eloader and am enjoying the wonders of portable homebrew and emulation. I only recently found out about this emulator. Being someone who simply adores the Broken Sword series and someone who wants to try other graphic adventures, this emulator is a must have for me. But, you see, although i`m into the homebrew scene i don`t have a very technical mind. I need a little help. Also, i don`t wish to downgrade at all. I just thought i`d put that out there. ;)

I`ll put it into point form. :)

1)for my 2.6 PSP, which version of scummvm is best?
2)I noticed different versions contain multiple folders. Which one would i use?
3)If i download a demo, where do i put it on my memory stick?. (do i unzip it?)

Thank you

I hope i`m not too much of a bother.

EDIT-------------
It`s ok guys. I read back a few pages and worked it out. Great emulator! :)

Also, hi. I think i`ll be sticking around here.

just dowgrade the devhook software (firmware emulator) allows you to run all UMD's that are released and you have the benefits of better quality homebrew because more memory is available under firware 1.5.

OOps didn't read the whole post :P
