feeble files - failed to load video files

ok i admit im a newbie to scummVM.

i recently bought the feeble files and saw that you now can use it with scummVM, so i did what ive done before (with monkey island) and pressed start..the title of the game came up (where it says start new game or load)

and this appeared when i pressed start new game



what can i do??

edit: ok ive converted all the smk files into PNG, then in the readme it says

3. Put files 'intro.smk', 'intro.wav' and 'intro*.png' into a
single directory.

4. Run `encode_dxa intro` in that directory

what does this mean and how do i do it?

you need to convert the .smk files to .dxa files, I think there are tutorials for that on the forum

as i say ive converted them to png,

but i dont understand how i convert them to DXA

you'll need an audio encoder executable as well (lame.exe, flac.exe or oggenc.exe)
