Cant play MI 3 from HD...

Im unable to load the game from my HD, i have installed the game on C:\Arquivos de Programas\Monkey Island twice and when i try to load it with the scummvm i get an error message.

Im also geting prety bad sync on the cutscenes

What should i do?

oh just as second observation, the game runs slow and constantly stops, in either full screen and half screen, but i believe thats because im playing from the CD.

and if u need this is my system config:
Windows XP
Intel 4 2,2gh
Direct X 9
256mb ram
and GeForce FX 5200

When does the error message appear? Does it let you add it to scummvm and give the error when you try to run it?

also you say that you "installed" it - you should not run the original installation program - just copy the files over (just wanting to make sure, that problem comes up regularly)

It says it cant find any game there.

U mean copy all the dat from the CD?

Yup. Have a look here http://www.scummvm.org/documentation.php?view=datafiles for which files you need to copy.
