Which original games do you have for ScummVM?

Post by jamyskis »

Just curious to know. I'm a games collector so it was by chance that I had a good number of them by the time I stumbled upon ScummVM (freeware downloaded doesn't count):

Maniac Mansion (from Day of the Tentacle)
Day of the Tentacle (CD version)
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (on CD, but floppy version)
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (on CD, but floppy version)
The Secret of Monkey Island (on CD, but floppy version)
Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge (on CD, but floppy version)
The Curse of Monkey Island
Sam and Max Hit the Road (CD version)
The Dig
Beneath a Steel Sky (CD version)
Broken Sword
Broken Sword 2
Flight of the Amazon Queen (CD version)
Simon the Sorcerer (CD version)
Simon the Sorcerer 2 (CD version)

Still looking for the Monkey Island, Full Throttle and Loom CD versions though...

Day of the Tentacle (CD version) + MM
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (CD)
The Curse of Monkey Island
Sam and Max Hit the Road (CD version)
The Dig
Broken Sword
Broken Sword 2
Full Throttle (CD)
Gobliiins (CD)

Man I thought I had more than that. Must be all the demos I've downloaded that bulks the list out :-)

How did you go about getting floppy versions on CD? Was it a compilation or something?

The ones I'm really after are MI1 & MI2. I played both when they came out, and really miss them. But I'm holding out for the CD versions. I could be here a while...

I bought the LucasArts Adventure Pack here in Germany which came with MI1+MI2 on the same CD, IJ:TLC and IJ:FOA on the same CD, MI3 in it's own case (being two discs) and IJ:Infernal Machine in its own case (known as Tower of Babel for whatever reason here in Germany).

I guess LucasArts were being scroogy on CDs...

Yeah, the other day i was at our local (ridiculously tiny) computer shop and let out a little "woop" when i saw the bottom shelf packed with HE games. So... i snatched up a bunch, unfortuneatly i didn't check the compatibility chart first and impulse bought Pajama Sam: Life is Rough...(DOH, non scumm, probably not going to be supported), freddi fish 5 and Spyfox:operation Ozone. So needless to say, im really looking forward to the future support of 16-bit HE games :D .

But seriously, nice collections everyone, I wish i had half the mac ports Clone has :)

Thanks. I bought all of them when I first got my mac. So, that was ~4 years ago. I found them on eBay individually. The hardest to find, for me, was The Dig. DOTT and Sam & Max are easy to get.
