IJ: Fate Of Atlantis on PSP (v0.8.2) - Sun/Moonstone Issue

Post by replicashooter »

So I'm playing the PC version (non talkie) of Fate Of Atlantis on my 1.50 PSP using v0.8.2 of ScummVM and I've encountered a problem at the section of the game where you arrive at the Old Ruins in Crete.

On the team path and just found the Moonstone which I need to open the labyrinth, now - here is the problem:

My Lost Dialogue states that "the sun dying as a new moon is born" which means new moon/setting sun but try whatever I may (including numerous combinations of the above and possibily ever other variant) all I get is a "that doesn't seem right - nothing happened".

What is going on? Why am I not getting the door opening when everything has been done the correct way?

Help would be great as I can't move beyond this point without it (and I've been trying for the past couple of weeks as well).

Thanks
clem

try rotating the discs by 180° - sometimes you have to put the stuff upside down or somemthing as far as I remember

(this is most likely not a ScummVM problem)

That was for the final gates ("only yields to contrary minds") - I've tried virtually every combination here :x

Nothing to see....Move along folks :D

Problem solved, I just went through every combination manually and it turned out it required the setting sun and waning moon for some bizzare reason :?

it has to be aligned to the right, not by the horns
