Games verified "working, sort of" on UiQ3, SE P990

Hi all.

Just wanted people to know what games works with the P990i with firmware: ph:R7A001, org:R3B01, bt:R4F01.

I know there is a FAQ that states which games are working, but as I see many questions about it, and real-world testing is always a good thing, I thougt I'd start this thread.

So, here's my list of games I've verified so far:

ScummVM 0.9.1:

- Day of the tentacle
- Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (crashes on scrolling scenes, i.e balloon, sub etc.)
- Flight of the Amazon Queen
- Legend of Kyrandia
- The Secret of Monkey Island (Monkey Island 1)
- LeChuck's Revenge (Monkey Island 2)
- Sam & Max Hit the Road
- Beneath a Steel Sky

ScummVM 0.10.0 svn sept 17 2006:

- Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade EGA - volume controls not responding. Volume on high, permanently.
- Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis: No crashes.

- Simon 1 - no go, says "Wrong game number"
- Simon 2 - no go, says "Wrong game number"

Freddi is avaible to start, and the sond works greate, the only problem is that the grapics don't sem to hang with:P

i tried running quest of the amazon on my p990i, when i quit, it just hangs.. the girl stays idle. wherever i press my stylus on the screen nothing happens. even the keyboard... did i miss out something important that i should do to quit the game?

there is no option to make the character move fast and talk fast right?

Flight of the Amazon Queen works fine for me.
I have no experience in resolving these issues.

I can however say that Fate of Atlantis crashes for me, in the balloon-scene.

works fine for me now. the demos of lucasarts. im guessing since they're demos, you cant finish the game?

Depends on the game/demo, but generally, no, you can't finish it.

hey guys

just got myself a W950i yesterday and loving it

still need to figure out how to encode working mp4/3gp/wmv video for it (especially as its not mentioned in the manual or any software for it with the software suite) but thats another issue anyway.

First thing i did was upload the SCUMMVM app for it

so far, ive got Monkey Island 1 & 2 working with no problem

Simon the Sorcerer will not run at all

but what im having a pain with at the moment is Sam & Max. The game runs fine, can have subtitles and the music's fine also, but i have the Speech version and unfortunately the speech isnt working - bug? or any way of getting it to work?

havent tried any of the other games on it yet..

You've checked the options?

There is: Speech only, subtitle only and speech+subs.

Speech has to be in raw or ogg format. Mp3 is not supported

Indiana Jones and the last crusade (indy3) works perfectly, played it all thorugh to the end!

I tried Simon the Sorcerer 1 and 2.
Works fine on my pc, but 0.10.0 svn on my phone says "wrong game number"...

Strange...

only full games here are

flight of the amazon queen
beneath a steel sky

the rest are demos, you cant finish them. i wish lucas would give them away. they're pretty old games. i doubt anyone's going to buy them (the VERY old titles)

Mine are full versions.

They are available on ebay, and yes, judging by the going rates, I'd say people are buying them.
