ScummVM 0.9.1a beta2 with DLDI support released
Moderator: ScummVM Team
I posted this driver because I couldn't find one. As it was my first sight on ASM and C code since years, I mainly guessed. Source code is availiable on Chishm's DLDI list.drdogbot7 wrote:I briefly tested this on a Supercard Lite
On the top screen I get the message:
'DLDI Device 'SuperCard Lite(TransFlash Micro SD)'
DLDI Driver Initialized OK!
Which sounds good, but I just get stuck with a black screen below on the touchscreen.
I tested only with moonShell, and it worked just fine for MP3 and movies.
The issue you are reporting is quite odd, but I will look at it later today.
regards.

app works fine on simply, but how do I have to handle the games? do I have to rename on simply? cause I droppped the file into my scummDS folder and can't see it when i try to add the game in scummVM.
any hints very welcome.

"The file"? Try simply unpacking the game and simply putting in its own folder, and then simply selecting that folder when simply adding a game.schreibtisch wrote:app works fine on simply, but how do I have to handle the games? do I have to rename on simply? cause I droppped the file into my scummDS folder and can't see it when i try to add the game in scummVM.

Woo! Many thanks, agent!
I had just ordered an R4 last Wednesday before researching whether or not in was supported by your ScummVM port. Suffice to say, I nearly had a heart attack when I read it wasn't yet working. Glad to know I'll be able to indulge in some portable DoTT goodness once it arrives in the next week or so.
I'll post my results as soon as it arrives and I get it up and running!
Cheers and Kudos,

same problem with saving on every game. i get 2 black screens and have to restart and i see invalid savegamesjasswamu wrote:Using a DS Lite, Supercard Lite with Superkey..
The DOTT game runs fine, until i try to save. It'll go into two black screens... and nothing happens.
Restarting the DS Lite and relaunching the game shows an invalid save file.
The save file becomes 0kb.
Tried Zak as well, and it can save w/o issues.
I have some saves problems with my G6 Lite and Monkey Island I (CD Version with tracks in IMA ADPCM 22Khz) game.
At the beginning of the game I can save/load without problems, but when I reach to de village square (where the pirates with a rat) if I save, when loads it, the Scumm hangs and it return me to the debug mode.
I also familiarized with the DLDI patching beacause I used it with other hombrew (like DSOrganize).
PD: Excuse my poor english.
