Memorize Screen Position

Post by xadox »

I'm using the actuel CVS version on my widescreen laptop. Is there a way that ScummVM can memorize the screen position in windows mode, because at every start of scummvm the window is not at the center of the display so have to move the windows a littel bit up.

no way to do that as of yet I think, you could still post a feature request on the tracker... no idea if that will be implemented though

xadox -- If you really are using a CVS version, then you are using a very very old version, and I would strongly recommend that you update to at least 0.9.1. But maybe you also just made a typo and meant to say that you are using a SVN version / a daily build :). No, I am not nitpicking, I just want to make sure you are indeed using a recent version.

According to this page, you can control the window position by means of environment variables. These days, there should be a way to set environment variables somewhere in the Windows control panel.

I haven't tried this feature myself, though.
