Considering the current SVN builds are labeled as 0.10.0SVN, I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that we're not at 1.0 quite yet.

Oh, do not start it. Think about it. That is NOT a number. Where did you see numbers with 2 decimal points? We are talking about 0.9.1 and 0.10.0 here. And even without third number that is called "major version" and "minor version".
