Dear Forum-Members,
I am experiencing problems with loading DOTT-Savegames when i quit the game and restart it (when still in the game, they work).
When pressing CRTL+# (any number), the game says "Failed to load game state from file tentacle.0#". When pressing ALT+#, I get a new file saved on my windows desktop, so i guess the savegames are stored there.
I start DOTT with this commandline-command:
C:\Programme\ScummVM\scummvm.exe -f -pE:\games\dott tentacle
Does anybody know what i am doing wrong? Where do I need to copy the save-games on the desktop? Is there a way to specify a save-path, where the game finds the savegames again?
Thanks vor your help
John

The "Save Path" setting on the "Paths" tab ought to work. Though since ScummVM uses its own browser dialog (except on Macs?), the desktop folder might not be where you expect it to be in the file hierarchy. I'm not a Windows user, though, so I don't remember off-hand where Microsoft decided to hide it.John Lennon wrote:Is there a way to specify a save-path, where the game finds the savegames again?
