Hello!
First I really appreciate the very good work you guys do to make our
mobile phones doing some really great and funny stuff (for example:
playing great games while waiting for a bus )...
Pleas keep up this great work!
Since the newest svn build (from 28.02.07) I'm able to start ITE, Simon
and some AGI games (what was impossible in all other builds I have tested).
But till this newest build I get some strange behavior for the input keys.
The only key that seems to work in NON SCUMM games is the Quit key
(On my Phone mapped to "5").
With the last svn build (from 17.09.06) I was able to completely
play DOTT (CD Version) BASS (CD Version) and FOTA (CD Version) while
know even in BASS and FOTA the key for entering the menu is not working.
(Ok in BASS I can skip intro by pressing the "#" key).
Without skipping the Intro and entering the Menu, it's nice to see the Intro
of ITE and Simon but the game itself is not playable.
And some other issue - I read by some people that they now will play the Larry
AGI games, but if I try to add one of my Larry Games to ScummVM, non of them
will be recognized (LSL 1-6). Have I misunderstood something there?
Input Problems - svn S60v3 build (28.02.) on N73

Update:
Mhmm... it's curious but I managed it to get through all the Intro part of ITE
without a crash and than it's possible to enter the Menu with the "*" key as usual.
So I wonder, why it is not possible to skip the Intro and why it is not possible in
BASS to enter the Menu with the "*" key as it was possible with the previews build.
I hope someone has any clue what this could mean...
Still - due to the fact that ScummVM crashes pretty often on my phone cause of
memory leakage I really hope to be able to skip the Intro soon. It needs a lot
of time to watch the hole Intro part - also the Intro is quite nice to view

Firstly only orginal LSL for AGI (EGA/CGA/HGA, Amiga) version are playable. The VGA and enhanched version do not run. First LSL is only around 360kb (one disk).. and VGA version around 1mb I believe.
Also I have fixed the input problem .. i.e crashing.
Also some keys has been remapped.. so 'C' is now escape key. '*' and '#' should work as normal.

Oh, thas explains all. I copied only the VGA version to my memory card and not the normal version. And as I already mentioned in the "General Discussion" Forum, do I had a big misunderstanding. I thought, AGI stand for all the great, old Sierra Adventures, including the Point and Click one's... I understand now, that (whatever AGI stand for) means only the good old Adventures, where you type in what you want to do and so per definition not the Point and Click one's.Firstly only orginal LSL for AGI (EGA/CGA/HGA, Amiga) version are playable. I'm sorry for the confusion I might have caused.

When do you think will you publish a new svn build with those changes?

Mhmm... I'm not sure why you want to wait until you can support all other platforms as well, do you want to give yourself more pressure to get the other builds to work too?
And by the way, please take this question serious, to build Software for my N73 by my self - especially the ScummVM port, do I need to buy a SDK from Nokia or Symbian or is it possible to get the most important tools for free?

Everything is free, but the Symbian platform needs some serious working to get running, from configuring the buildsystem to getting all the libs done.
And well. .The S60v3 is abit in the not working order also. And its easier to build for that one, compared to fix that compiler for the older systems.
