Editing Scumm V5 game images.

Hi guys, i would like to know if someone knows how to edit the game graphics on Scumm V5 games (Monkey Island 1 CD, Monkey Island 2, etc).

We are working on a translation of Monkey Island 1, and the chapters titles are the images that we want to translate. (The images that says: Chapter One - The Three Trials, etc)

We have a tool that can edit images on old scumm versions, but this tool don't work with Scumm V5 games.

Has anyone ideia if this is possible? Thank you!
