Another Sam and Max Q

Hey there, sorry bout this but im yet another newbie having a problem. I've just downloaded ScummVM for Windows but carnt seem to work the thing. I manage to locate my game under E: but nothing happens when i select it. I tried to find a solution on this forum but there mention of lots of files that i have no idea where to find and why there necessary. Could someone plez write a Installing Sam and Max Guide on ScrummVM for Dummies plez coz im really lost.

There is a step-by-step tutorial for Flight of the Amazon Queen. Different game, I know, but the process is quite similar.

Hey, i get the samnmax name up but it says theres no game in that directory.

The only files ScummVM should need for the PC CD version of the game (assuming that's what you have) are samnmax.000, samnmax.001 and monster.sou. You pointed ScummVM to the folder where those three files are?
