Feature request: Midi-Device selection
I use several midi-devices/ports (MT-32, SC-55, SB Synth, Windows Wavetable) and it's a pain in the ass to change the standard device (under WinXP) every time I play a different game. Under Vista, it's even worse... Microsoft removed the standard device selection from the system audio settings, which makes it necessary to add a device selection to ScummVM, to ensure full functionality under Vista.
--> necessary for Vista
--> more comfort for WinXP
Dosbox has this functionality... but Scumm-Games work so much better under ScummVM... except midi under Vista.
