Changes in latest cvs buils might cause issues

Changed name of the application to ScummVM and also the path of the ini file to documents\scummvm so pervious INI file might not be found. To resolve this make a copy of the ini file in the c:\documents\escummvm folder and move it to the c:\documents\scummvm folder after installation.

Also I have changed the app icon, but that is just cosmetics.
