GRIM X MACINTOSH

Post by elguachojkis »

Hi. I'm new to this, and I'm trying to play Grim Fandango on a Mac Pro with two Dual-Core intel processors, but it doesn't run properly.

Any help?.... PLEASE??

It runs OK, until I press the Look-key to try and get him to comment on the flag of the message-thing. It just locks-up beyond belief.

I tried copyng the grimdata folder to the HD, but the same happens.

P L E A S E !!!!

Anything? Anybody?

Alternatively there's Wine which should work. Residual should too, but you'd have to complete it all in one go because saving and loading isn't yet complete. Also if you have a wallet there's things like Cider.

believe me, my problem with cider (and wine, mind you) is not the money, but the programming knowledge I don't have.

The problem is I don`t know what half of the stuff I read online means. That's why I turned to this forum... trying to find a helping hand. Sort of a step by step procedure.

.. but I guess you guys are just too busy
