That's probably going to be the case. Since Lure of the Temptress is now freeware, it'll be pretty easy for anyone to just grab the data files they need for their particular language from the PC versions. I'm not aware of any graphic or sound differences that would make a non-PC version be worth directly supporting.
The Amiga version of Lure might not be supported, but there are some differences to the PC version. The amiga version has better music and in the first room there is a lightning effect (not visible in the PC version played with Dosbox).
