Possible to edit the savegames? Or any other tip for indy 3?

Post by LurkerScum »

I'm playing Indy 3 at the moment with:

Code: Select all

ScummVM 0.9.1 (Dec 8 2006 13:36:41)
Features compiled in: Vorbis FLAC MP3 ALSA zLib MPEG2 FluidSynth

under linux. But I'm having massive problems because I'm playing at my notebook and that has no numpad so the boxing-part in this castle is nearly impossible. I'm always pressing the wrong keys in the hassle of a fight and in contrast to indy 4 I'm not regenerating my energy. Is there a way to manipulate my savegame to have full enegery again? I know how to open these files but how to get out which values are for the energy? Does one of you know it? Or any good tips on boxing on notebooks? Maybe it's possible to change boxing on numbers to boxing on letters on the keyboard?

Any help is welcome!

You can simply miss out all of the fighting by following my game guide if you like:
