What can I use to play Grim Fandago?
please help.
I used the amazing "search" feature (located at the top of the page) to locate one of the many othet imes this question has been answered:
http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php ... m+fandango
And if you take the time to use the power of google you would find that the Grim Fandango Launcher works perfectly, and even adds new features such as running the game directly from the hard drive:

It's amazing how helpful the internet can be when you just look.

While I don't contradict the "power of google", the best way to launch Grim Fandango is the current version 1.3.1 of the launcher that can be found at Ben Gorman's quick mixnmojo site. The launcher will download and install (if you let it -and you should) the official patch for GF.exofreeze wrote: And if you take the time to use the power of google you would find that the Grim Fandango Launcher works perfectly, and even adds new features such as running the game directly from the hard drive:

Note, that recently Ben Gorman announced that he would possibly update the code for his launchers, and he is asking for feedback (through his page) about technical issues and feature requests.
Also, in the lucasarts forums there is a special section about "support" for grim fandango and you can specifically search for possible similar problems when launching/playing Grim Fandango, and how they are resolved. Be sure to check out especially the sticky threads.
Check this link for problems loading/playing (sound stuttering, slow cutscenes) grim fandango on a multicore cpu system.

No. Grim Fandango is probably far too technically different to ever be supported by ScummVM. There's the Residual sub-project, but the game is still only partially playable, and development is quite slow.DjDiabolik wrote:Hi boys... this game it's no supported by ScummVM ?
