BROKEN SWORD WHERE DID I GO WRONG? CONVERSION PROBLEMS

im running the arm version of pocket scumm on a treo 750 with windows mobile 5

ive used daves manual to convert my broken sword 1 (one cd version) but cant get it to work

ive made a directory sword1 and 2 sub directorys, ive compressed the speech and music and installed it on my mini sd.

when i start the game up it plays at almost full monitor screen size so i only see the top corner, it also crashes and glitches, also i have no way of accessing the video cutscenes.

im computer ileterate which doesnt help

could someone please help me out

since noise shouldn't directly effect the video playback my first question is are you using the video packs available on the downloads page
