I've tried to do what TomFrost said to do in the second post, but I get an error message when I type in "iconfig," saying that it doesn't recognize the command.

What should I do? If it helps, I have an iPod Touch.

It's "ifconfig" not "iconfig"

D'oh! Thanks.

... But I'm still not connecting. I see a couple "inet"s, but no "eth0."

Does my computer need to be directly connected to the router? Mine's not the host.

Edit: Nevermind, got it working.

WinSCP is far from good to use. Mine's getting disconecting the whole time, and the transfer speed is slow. Total Commander on the other hand is awesome. A couple of minutes to get the whole COMI onto my Ipod

Please help

Yo, I was pretty psyched out when I found out that ya'll had ported ScummVM to the iPhone/iPod Touch, so I installed app tapp and the application. I actually played through COMI, with just a few crashes, but have since restored my touch. The last time, I used the iPhone browser to copy the files, but that was EXTREMELY slow, and I would like to use the SFTP method. I typed the IP in the 'Host' field in filezilla, with the port 22, entered the username "root" and the password I had chosen, but this is all I get:
Status: Connecting to 192.168.1.5:22...
Response: fzSftp started
Command: open "root@192.168.1.5" 22
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...

Response: fzSftp started

Error: Network error: Connection timed out

Well, those errors can mean one of two things:

Either
1) It's the wrong IP, or
2) There's no SSH server running on the device.
