Sound on T|T?

Post by Luctus »

Anyone know if it is possible to get sound on a T|T using the 2005-03-21 test version (new ARM version just crashes)?

It runs fine without sound, but when trying to enable either sound or midi the only difference is that the game begins to stutter where there's otherwise supposed to be sound.

moderatorial: Forum rule #1a

Use search function on the forums. This has been discussed several times.

I did use the search function (which btw. seems to be somewhat broken since I cannot seem to filter the results by forum which makes things quite harder), but could find little regarding Tungsten or sound at all.

But since it appearantly been discussed before, could you be so kind to post a link, because I still can't find much.

Well, I think this was NOT discussed, and I think you simply can't have sound on T|T because it's OS 5.0, sorry. (sound streams need 5.1 or 5.2 or something)

I hope I'm wrong though.

the problem is that with the actual version it runs simply to slow, i pushed my tungsten e2 to 440MHz but it still runs very slow with sound, on my mobile phone it runs pefect even with sound, but is has only 220 MHz
