Hi everyone!
I have Simon the Sorcerer's version with speech and subtitles but when I play it in ScummVM the subtitles goes too fast!!
Is there any option to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance!

This has been discussed in the past:

it's a limitation of the original game

Thank you md5, but or I read badly or that's no the problem I have.
The version is right, has correct subtitles and speech, but they don't match, the subtitles goes much faster than speech.
But this don't happen everyone with the same version who I know have been able to play correctly.
Any idea or solution?
Thanks anyway

Hi md5.
This CD version is with english speech and french, italian, hebrew, and spanish subtitles.
This problem is happening to a friend of mine. I could play perfectly with this version of Simon 1 and ScummVM 0.9.1 but he is having this problem with de subtitles speed and I don't know why and a result of that I decided to write here.
Greetings

It should be enough to simply copy all the necessary data files to your hard disk. Once you've done that, the CD is no longer needed, except as a backup. (In some cases, you may have to run the original installer in order to unpack the data files. I don't know about this particular case, though.)Chipirondejaen wrote: It is neccesary to install the game in the hard disk, and to select in ScummVM "Paths section", in "Extra Path", the cd unit.
