Try asking in the right forum:

Or, better yet, try searching the forum and/or the rest of the internet first.
This question has been answered countless times (not just about ScummVM, but it's the same procedure for any homebrew on 2.00).

To run on 1.50, copy the 'scummvm-psp' and 'scummvm-psp%' directories to /psp/game on your memory stick.

The rest is all in README.PSP (it should be included in the archive), I didn't write it so that I could explain everything all over again on the forum.

If you have any further ScummVM-PSP specific questions that aren't answered by the README, forums or website, then feel free to ask.

Load only from reliable sources i.e. either author's or widely known software distribution sites.

Yes, that's the official release.
The only other thing you need are obviously the datafiles of the game you want to play.

my cuzin has my psp 1.5, so im going to try to run ScummVM on it once he returns it.
However, is there an alternative way to test eboot files on a PC?
I don't want to risk bricking my new PSP.
by the way, who hosts on sourceforge?

Also
i have these files from Monkey Island 2

Adlib.ims
Monkey2.000
monkey2.001
Rol_330.ims
rol_332.ims
rol_334.ims
rol_336.ims
roland.ims
soundblas.ims
speaker.ims

according to your doctumentation you need monkey2.000-monkey.011 but i only have the first 2. It runs fine the scummvm for pc, but will it work for the psp one? i downloaded this version of Monkey island 2 off limewire because i can't kind my PC cdrom, can there be a PSP TROJAN on in the ims. files or any other fileslisted above.

Thanks again
