The wii version of scummVM works. I tested monkey island 1 , sam&max and monkey island 3.

MI1 and Sam&max (with voices so3) works fine but MI3 crashes after the "dificult choose" screen (but this is also mentioned on the site)

(sam&max and MI1 @ 512mb sandisk sd, mi3@ 2gb micro SD with SD adapter. all formated with fat16)

sry for my bad english -.-

It's good that someone is working on an unofficial Wii version, however it would be good if the modifications to ScummVM's source code were released

With the launch of Wiiware, couldn't somebody make an official version of the ScummVM Wii Channel to be downloaded from there? It could run the games from the SD card, like people have suggested. I'd pay for that!

Do you mean go to Nintendo, pay royalties? If we even could do that, there would be only 3 games for play, those which are offered from our download page. For Monkey Islands go talk to LucasArts. :)

Well, yes, people who haven't bought games would only be able to play the three free ones, but everyone else would be able to play them. From what I've heard WiiWare is pretty simple to sell stuff on than most other games console service.

GRRB LIB 1.5 has been released, and with it the source code for custom Wiimote drivers.

It's not perfect yet, but let's hope this leads to ScummVM the way it was meant to be played.

You can found a channel here : http://www.elotrolado.net/post_-Hilo-Of ... 1711788446
You can install it with "Wad installer".

This is with the "CHANGELOG test 2" version :
- screen is only updated if necessary
no more flicker on the BASS intro
better performance
- games with higher screen resolutions are now drawn correctly
- fixed some palette bugs
I hope wiimote should be soon supported

Wiimote support added ! works great :P

http://files.filefront.com/scummvm+wii+ ... einfo.html

boot it with ZeldaTP hack or Homebrew channel or homebrew launcher or whatever you want, press 1+2 to synchronize your wiimote, enjoy.

You can make your own WAD...a lot of tools are now available (Wadtool for example).

You can also install and use Wii Homebrew Launcher

MI 1 and 2 goes fine. MI3 freezes with error code at startup (in the older version freeze after the difficult choose screen)

Sword 1 no intro (but sound) then random freeze after a few minutes

Save function only tested in MI2, works fine (i set the path in options, and you can only choose zeros as name)
