An idiots guide please for M3 Real DS adapter+SanDisk?

Hi just purchased M3 Real DS Adapter+ SanDisk 2GB Micro SD/Transflash Card + adapter, but dont know how to install it. I have downloaded the files need (i think) but it says drag and drop onto card,, dont even know how to do this, which bits do I put into the computer? I bought them from keepingfriends.com but it came with no enough instructions,, please help its driving me mad and the kids wants to play games on the DS!! Many Thanks, MMx

Well, for someone who is a beginner to using computers, setting up ScummVM DS is probably not the best place to start. Do you know anyone who could help you with this?
