Eyes and Brain tell me he probably managed to run it in the meantime since the posts you are replying to are almost a month old. Hands helped in typing this post.Yuruka wrote:Hands, Eyes and a Brain.pinkfloyd789 wrote:What do I need to make Grim Fandango work on my XP?

One step (after installing the game itself): Download the Grim Launcher.
Do a Google search for it, I know it's still available for download on some Grim fansites. It replaces the game's original launcher, so after you install the game, open the Grim Launcher for a one-button option to transfer data files to your harddrive so you can play without the CDs in the drive. Even more crucial, the launcher allows you to play in windowed mode, which is the best way I've found to make sure Grim runs without crashing in XP.

Well, there is the Residual project, but it's not really usable yet. (For instance, last time I checked, saving/loading didn't work.) Other than that, I don't know.pinkfloyd789 wrote:I thought I needed to install an emulator. Sorry, my cousin told me that.
