Crashing after running for approx. 1 minute on 4.01 M33-2

I have so far only tried Curse of Monkey Island and Monkey Island 2, (both sets work with PC version).

After a minute of play, I get thrown into the console with a script error, and then back to the XMB. (after typing exit).

The error produced is:
ERROR: (1:119:0xED): Unknown frame subChunk found : ÿÿÿÿ, -1

This is with scummvm 0.12.0 (and 0.10.0).

Okay, I recopied the set and it appears to work now (cor comi, will try monkey2 soon).

sounds like you need to reformat your memstick..
