are these non-scummvm games? Or are you guys working on these? Or will they never be supported for some reason?

Gob 2 & 3 use the same engine as Gob 1, but their implementation is stalled. The team needs developers.

Ah allright, yeah the poor scummvm people are already quite overworked I'm sure.

Sorry, can't chip in. Id be hard pressed to even get a 'hello world' to work in C.

no :) Sven Hesse aka DrMcCoy joined our Team last week, and now gob engine was significantly improved and gob2 is in active development.
