Will there be development for fitd?

Post by topolinik »

Hi, i see user yazoo is involved into scummvm development also. He is project leader for fitd (free in the dark, a free engine for alone in the dark games) another sourceforge project which was not very active in the past years.
So maybe yazoo wants to create a scummvm plugin which can play those games also? Will we see something similar for playing aitd games again?

No, Free in the Dark is not a point'n'click adventure game - which is what ScummVM mainly focuses on

FITD was published as an engine in the past, but was promptly removed for the aforementioned reason.

I guess it would be more likely to be added to residual when it has matured enough to work with more than one engine or am I wrong?
