There is no official ScummVM port to the XBox. You should ask the people who made that port for help, as we really do not know anything about it...

Even the official ScummVM doesn't support Operation Stealth yet, does it?

According to the wiki -
Not officially supported.
A WIP engine is available
in our SVN repository.

What button on the xbox 360 is the white and black buttons on the regular xbox? Im trying to activate cheats on San Andreas, but i cannot figure out which buttons represent the white and black ones of the regular xbox controller. Is there buttons that represent them?

likely automated bot-script which will change the signature of its post to some url for search engine optimization once we stop looking at the thread

edit: that's clever - it's using questions from yahoo! answers to post contextually semi-sensible questions - check http://answers.yahoo.com/question/?qid= ... 640AANr5sj (question posted 2yrs ago!)
