Broken Sword 1 Save Problem

Hey all!

Recently i got hold of broken sword again, and used ScummVM to play it. Problem is, when i go to save (the menu that comes up when i press F5 is the original game menu not the scummvm menu like other games) it saves, but if i quit and come back, it loads the save but it's like i saved 1 second into the start of the game.

I'm using the 0.13.0 version (the subversion build thing) on Mac OSX.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :D

That's expected behaviour. Most engines provide their own save/load dialogs.

I have no idea what would cause that. I had some other problems with the Broken Sword 1 save/load dialog (come to think of it, you didn't mention if your problem was with Broken Sword 1 or 2), but that will have to wait until this evening.

It's with Broken Sword 1 :)

I haven't tried it with number 2 cause i can't quit the game :)

What do you mean "you can't quit the game"?

Well it's not that i can't, it's just if i do I'll lose my progress :)

ok i took a chance to save (saved a few times to be sure) then quited, restarted ScummVM and loaded the save and it works, must of been a one time bug.

Sorry for the confusion, but thanks for quick response too :)
