you can edit this manually in the scummvm.ini file.

Could you tell me where this file is located? I have a Mac too.

Under Mac OS X, the config / preference file is "~/Library/Preferences/ScummVM Preferences", where the tilde stands for your home directory. I.e., go to the Library folder in your home dir, then to the Preferences folder in there, and you will find the ScummVM prefs. It is a plain text file, so you can use TextEdit to mess with it.
