What is Kixx XL?

I never understood why this edition of games is always cheaper on ebay.

They were budget releases to begin with.

Does that mean that they were cheaper when initially released? Is it kind of like a "greatest hits" release?

Yes, they were budget releases from around the mid 90's, usually with ugly boxes and less stuff(manuals etc.) included. I can't vouch for international prices, but around here they sold for about 200kr($15).

I asked because I just purchased the Kixx release of Last Crusade for Amiga for only $3.00 and I was wondering why it was so inexpensive. I thought maybe I had gotten lucky. I'm not disappointed, though. The only reason I bought it was for the Grail diary, which appears to be the original version (not one of the budget ones.)
