need help, don't works, only when i delete the modern theme

hey, i can't use scummvm (singel-eboot) with game categories plugin. -> corrupt data.
when i put it in the game folder it works but why can i don't put it in my own folder, all other homebrew is running fine, what file do i have to edit? (with hex editor).
or is it a bug in the game categories plugin, i don't think that. i have firmware 5.00m33-6 with installed 1.5 kernel.

edit: so now can i start scummvm and there is no currupt data error but it brings me directly to the XMB back and not to the programm, strange. can someone help me?

edit2: so now i know how to run scummvm on my psp. when i delete the scummmmodern folder it starts but when i keep the folder i come directly to the XMB back.[/b]
