EcoQuest 2 Talkie?

Hello fellow adventure gamers,

I figured I'd ask this question here because I think the ScummVM community is probably the best community of adventure gamers out there, and I think one of you would know the answer.

My question is: Is there a full talkie version of EcoQuest 2?

I have the first game (I've had the original copy since it came out! go me) on CD-ROM, and have always always always wanted to check out the second game.

Digging around online looking for a copy to buy has yielded only a version released on a series of floppies.

I was wondering if Sierra never released a CD-ROM talkie version? Or if it's just super rare?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can yield some info.

No, there is no talkie version of Eco Quest 2, only Eco Quest 1 had that feature unfortunately.

Bummer! Well thanks for the info, I'll just go with the floppy version then. I like talkie versions, even if the voice acting is horrendous.

It adds character, puts hair on your chest.
