Curse Of Monkey Island 2nd Disc Problem

I know this issue has already been addressed but I'm having more of a complex issue then the last post. When I run Monkey Island 3 about the time to switch discs Scrumm crashes completely not even asking for a second disc, even with that I tried to put all the required files to create a new game with the 2nd disc with the same thing happening. Any help will be appreciated I love this game haha.

Don't run the game from the discs, copy the game to the hard drive.

I had the same problem but I have both discs. I have put all the files from both discs into my games folder and loaded it up. But how do i transfer saved games?

Remove any and all COMI games from the ScummVM game list. Then add the right one again. This should give you all the savegames back.
