I just bought one and interested to know if it will

The E63 got a 369MHz ARM11 CPU and 128 MB of RAM, so it should run.

I have a E63 too
but i always get some certificate error and then it aborts installation
why's that?

Make sure that you are allowing unsigned applications to be installed, this is done in the application manager.

Also makesure that you have the correct time and date in your phone since the certificatee is bound by this.
