ScummVM on 6680

Post by jimjuice2005 »

I have recently installed ScummVM on my Nokia 6680. I do not however know how to set the games up.

I have also realised that there is a free version of Beneath a Steel Sky available. What are the file types i need for the games? Do I need to compress/do anything to them? How do I put them on my phone?

Some one please help as I am eager to play some classic games on my mobile

Just check out the download section of www.scummvm.org and you will find what you need.

Thanks for the advice but I need more help. There are 2 versions of BASS on the download page: a CD version and a Floppy version and also a CPT file. I have downloaded all of these but not sure what to do with them to get them up and running on my phone. Please could someone explain this to me.

Thanks

Check out the help section. You can play any version on your phone.. Floppy or CD.. depends how much space you have left I guess, just place the data files from one of the versions on your memory card, add the cpt file..and read the readme and release notes from scummvms download page.

don't forget that ScummVM only looks for the FOLDER CONTAINING the files, don't expect to see the files themselves in ScummVM. Find the directory you put them in and select 'choose'.
It should show you the games details, select ok and you're laughing!
