There are now reimplementations of three out of the four LucasArts game engines:
- Scumm (ScummVM - Here)
- GrimE (Residual - http://residual.sourceforge.net)
- Jedi (DarkXL - http://darkxl.wordpress.com/)
The only engine reimplementation not in active development is:
- Sith engine (Sith2 - https://sourceforge.net/projects/sith2/)
Hopefully DarkXL will be ported to Linux in the future and someone will pick-up the Sith2 project again and port it to Linux. (Not so subtle advertising for an interested programmer, go on you know you love Jedi Knight)

Re: LucasArts Game engines
The FAQ says it's indeed a future task. I wonder how iMuse is handled there, the page mentions there are problems... Also, it doesn't appear to be open source.ezekiel000 wrote:Hopefully DarkXL will be ported to Linux in the future
