Broken Sword 2 Graphics

I apologise if this topic has already been discussed, if it has please point me in the right direction....

I have installed Broken Sword 2 after needing some help from these forums regarding the missing msvbvm50.dll file. The game is working but the graphics are of really bad/low quality.

Will installing the downloads for BS2 from this website help with the graphics or is this what I have to expect from such an old game running on Vista?

If downloading WILL help can someone tell me which particular file/s I have to download as I am getting confused....and that isn't difficult for me!!

You can use scalers in the settings to upscale the game if you have a high resolution display. If you own the edition with the cutscenes in mpeg format, downloading the cutscenes pack from scummvm.org will improve video quality, yes. Not better than the smacker cutscenes, but at least better than the mpeg ones.
