Installing Latest Daily Build?

I am using iPhone explorer to view and modify iphone's file system...

I am not sure what springbard is and if it is affecting my efforts to run the daily built....

For another time i re-install scummvm and then i will replace them, restart iphone, try it out and report the results...

Should i delete the files -on the iph0ne- which are going to be replaced before making copy-paste or it doesn't matter and i can immediately copy -paste the files?

Nope...

it won't start.... it just won't even after restarting iPhone...

any ideas????
