No, it won't. Only legitimate PlayStation 2 discs will boot and obviously a self-made CD or DVD-R won't read as a legitimate disc.

If you haven't upgraded your PS3 firmware and you still have the OtherOS option, you could install Linux and run the Linux version of ScummVM.
